All staff at AICL are selected for their professional qualifications and current business and teaching experience. The staff at AICL are very approachable and go out of their way to help students with their needs. It is a personal aim of all of our teachers to provide informative and interesting classes to students.
Academic Team
Natalie Scott - Academic Director / Principal

Natalie is AICL's Academic Director/Principal and is a graduate from La Trobe University. She has over fifteen years experience in a varied field of education in three different continents.
Whilst living overseas and in Australia, Natalie has had the opportunity to set up and design educational centres and programs ranging from high school, language, and tutorial programs to vocational and training courses. Furthermore, she has worked as an IELTS, FCE, CAE and IGCSE examiner for UCLES.
At AICL, Natalie's main role is to oversee compliance in all AICL academic departments, set up new courses to meet the increasing demands of change in the education industry and to establish links with higher educational institutions. As such, her contribution towards making AICL a serious pathway provider to further studies at university level is an important part of her work.
Natalie has an open door policy for all students, staff and guests. She enjoys meeting each and every person that comes to AICL.
Aristotle Ortanez - Marketing and Operations Director

Aristotle Ortanez has almost 20 years experience in marketing and is currently studying his Master of Marketing Communication at the University of Canberra. Aris finished his Bachelor of Science from Don Bosco Technical Institute in Philippines then worked for 15 years in Sales and Marketing. He has completed specialised management training from Asea Brown Boveri Inc., which is a Swedish/Swiss based company. He specialized in providing agents and dealers with advertising support, developing strategies in closing deals, forecasting and market positioning.
For more than five years now, he has been working as the Director of Marketing and Operations for AICL, promoting its services, competitive pricing and high quality training through effective dissemination of information to agents and international private and government organizations. His presence will allow easy access for international students to find an institution which can provide their needs and give them confidence to study in Australia.
Andrea Muehlmann - Marketing Officer

Andrea was born in Berlin, Germany. She is a graduate from the University of Technology Berlin from which she holds a Master degree of Arts (major in Education and Musicology).
She worked for two years as a Music teacher at an elementary school in Berlin. Additionally she got 10 years experience in private tutoring. In Australia she worked as a Telemarketer for Non for Profit Organisations. At AICL she is responsible for the European and South American market.
Student Welfare Services
Michael Voon- Welfare Officer

Michael provides professional development workshops and counselling services to AICL students to enable them to be well equipped for working in the business world. The objective is to promote AICL graduates as a source of high-quality personnel who can deliver exceptional service and value to their clientele. This will result in making the AICL brand a symbol of excellence and a preferred supplier of top-notch graduates.
AICL graduates would be provided complimentary value added training in areas such as resume preparation, job searching, handling interviews and providing excellent customer service. The Graduates would be guided to their own success.
In addition to the workshops, Michael who has a Diploma in Counselling also provides personal counselling to students to assist them to find solutions to the various challenges which the students face. Michael provides a warm personal dimension in his interaction with students.
Michael also networks with leading employers to promote the AICL graduates. He has wide experience in various industries including Service and Hospitality, Consulting and Commerce, Training and Facilitation. A graduate of Harvard Business School, USA as well as holding an MBA from Cranfield University, UK, Michael has conducted leadership, management, strategy consulting, negotiations, personal development, time management and speed reading seminars for a few thousand people in Australia and across the Asia Pacific.
