AICL Graduation at NSW Parliament House;

Second Successful Year in a Row!!

 

Parliament House, Sydney

 

  Once again AICL held a successful graduation ceremony on 28th October 2008 at the NSW Parliament House with distinguished guests from the key industry representatives who enlightened the graduates with network of opportunity messages. The guests were: Pam Christie, Institute Director, TAFE NSW – Sydney Institute, Mr. William Galvin OAM, Chief Executive of Tourism Training Australia, Brian Wexham, Chief Executive of The Institute of Trade Skills Excellence, and Camden Jobbins – National Business Development Director, TAFE NSW – Sydney Institute.
 


  Other notable guests at the graduation who participated in the ceremony included Melinda Larkin (EO, ACPET), Massoud Nasrabadi (Chairman, AIH Board of Directors), Peter Ryan (Managing Director, Consulted), Geoff Clarke, Director Vision to Action Consulting, Ivy Meidy, Liaison Centra Education Indonesia TAFE NSW Sydney Institute Directors: Camden Jobbins, Alison Wood, Julie Frail, Hilde Goodchild and TAFE Head Teachers from Loftus, Gymea, Padstow, Mount Druitt, Ultimo and Campbelltown. The graduates, guests and staff valued attending the AICL graduation ceremony in the beautiful setting at NSW Parliament House.
 


  The inspiring significant messages from key industry representatives provided the stimulus to present the major awards, to wit:

 

  2008 Student of The Year – Devita Setio Tjondro

  2008 Commerce Student – Lynette Sanchez
  2008 Service & Hospitality Student – Yihua Wang
  2008 Industry Contribution Award – Muhammed Nazim Khan Yousef Zai
  2008 Congeniality Award – Michael Green
 

 

  Ms Pam Christie, Institute Director TAFE NSW SI handed out the Merit Awards to six students who were acknowledged for outstanding achievement in their studies and contribution to their classes, namely:

  Outstanding Class Participant – Di Wang
  Most Helpful to Fellow Students – Janice Ban
  Team Player – Ji Hye Kim
  Positive Attitude – Madonis Perez Garcia
  Most Creative Student – Rajeshor Sharma Dhakal
  Excellent Academic Achievement – Tatyana Brovko

 

 

 

AICL Continue to Succeed Providing New Opportunities

  AICL have successfully acquired the approval to provide programs that will give wider opportunities to students wanting to fulfill a career in Graphic Arts (Printing) and Children’s Services.
