The staff at AICL are very approachable and go out of their way to help students with their needs. Natalie Scott
- Academic Director / Principal
Natalie is AICL's Academic Director/Principal and is a graduate from La Trobe University. She has over fifteen years experience in a varied field of education in three different continents.
Whilst living overseas and in Australia, Natalie has had the opportunity to set up and design educational centres and programs ranging from high school, language, and tutorial programs to vocational and training courses. Furthermore, she has worked as an IELTS, FCE, CAE and IGCSE examiner for UCLES.
At AICL, Natalie's main role is to oversee compliance in all AICL academic departments, set up new courses to meet the increasing demands of change in the education industry and to establish links with higher educational institutions. As such, her contribution towards making AICL a serious pathway provider to further studies at university level is an important part of her work.
Natalie has an open door policy for all students, staff and guests. She enjoys meeting each and every person that comes to AICL. |

Aristotle Ortanez
- Marketing and Operations Director
Aristotle Ortanez is a graduate of Don Bosco in Philippines and a Mechanical Engineer by profession. He worked for 15 years in Sales and Marketing dealing with agents and dealers in a leading distributor of Air Conditioning in Philippines and U.S.A. He also had management trainings from Asea Brown Boveri, which is a Swedish/Swiss based company. His main tasks were providing the agents and dealers with advertising support, developing strategies in closing deals, forecasting and market positioning.
He will promote AICL's services, its competitive pricing and its quality training through effective dissemination of information to agents, private organizations, and government bodies. This will allow easy access for international students to find an institution who can provide their needs and give them confidence in studying in Australia. |

Bing J. Zhang- Marketing Supervisor
Bing graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master degree in Commerce
in 2003. Her previous work experience includes working as Marketing
Representative in Beijing after graduated from Beijing University
of Science and Technology. Bing first arrived in Sydney as an international
student herself, as a result she has a thorough understanding of the
difficulties that international students sometimes go through at various
stages in their study and working life. Her sympathy for the international
students enables her to better cater for students' needs where necessary.
With her high academic qualification and various past experience working
in the field of marketing, Bing will ensure the delivery of quality
service to agents and students from all backgrounds in the most professional
and
efficient manner. |

John Shen - Academic and Student Service Coordinator
John Shen completed a Masters Degree in International Communication from Macquarie University in 2000. Prior to that, John has over 4 years of English teaching experience in Liaoning University, China and 6 years as an English Reporter with the China Daily: China's sole state-run English newspaper. After migrating to Australia, John managed an education agency for four years taking care of student needs.
With the expertise John has obtained from his various working backgrounds and profound understanding of international students, he is now taking care of our international students in the AICL/TAFE sequentially delivered Service & Hospitality programs, which are expected to become one of the top-quality college programs across Sydney |

Andrea Mühlmann- Marketing
Officer
Andrea was born in Berlin, Germany. She is a graduate from the University of Technology
Berlin from which she holds a Master degree of Arts (major in Education
and Musicology).
She worked for two years as a Music teacher at an elementary school
in Berlin. Additionally she got 10 years experience in private tutoring.
In Australia she worked as a Telemarketer for Non for Profit Organisations.
At AICL she is responsible for the European and South American market.

Rachel Oh- Marketing Co-ordinator
Rachel was born in Korea and graduated from Macquarie University. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a professional NATTI Translator Qualification. She worked in International Student Agency as an Education Consultant. From her work experiences and Educational background, she has built deep understanding to international students. She is working in the marketing team at AICL.
